Is it possible to change my lesson?
Absolutely! As long as you make the change on the calendar within 24 hours of your lesson, you can adjust your date or time as you wish… You can even try a new subject!
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Lessons scheduled to occur in less than 24 hours are not eligible for rescheduling, so reschedule before then to ensure you attended all the classes you expect.
How does the billing process work?
You can select a single reoccurring lesson or a 4-lesson package of your choice. To secure your booking, payment is only collected via Stripe. Stripe encrypts all customers’ credit card numbers and stores decryption information separately, which means Stripe can’t see credit card numbers without taking extra steps and neither can Chaneé.
What is the process for gifting lessons to a friend or family member?
Simply select the lesson type, time and use the New Student’s name with (gift) next to it . You can either manage it yourself or allow the person to take care of it themselves.
Can I take more than one lesson type?
Absolutely! You can purchase more than one lesson slot, you can even gift one to a friend. Your lesson timeslot is yours! You can choose to do ASL, Singing, Acting, or all of them.
